In 2006 ECC Solutions prolonged its portfolio of services to include its new IT management software and professional services division (SPS Division). The new division contributes in dodging the challenges of introducing and maintaining new platforms and applications that Corporate IT managers face. Driven by the expanding set of expertise that ECC has, deep understanding of customer requirements, challenges, and technology goals; we were able to build the foundation of our customer-centric solutions. We deliver high- end solutions to corporate enterprises worldwide utilizing our international partnerships with the world's top software providers; helping our customers in increasing flexibility, accelerating their profitability, and establishing a recurring revenue model that allows them to grow their business.

In 2008 ECC announced the inauguration of it second data center (Data Center II) in Giza, Egypt which is aimed at providing real-time redundancy for its customers' highly sensitive business-critical data. The new data center, gives ECC customers who are using 6th of October city Data Center (Data Center I) the choice to have a disaster recovery site, in addition to a broad range of IT infrastructure services, including collocation hosting services, managed dedicated hosting services, managed security services and a number of products and services that target not only large enterprises but also small to medium businesses SMB's.

ECC Solutions new data center provides data replication via private connections, allowing customers to retain backup data in two locations, with both locations having rapid-restore capabilities. The design and implementation of this system allows customers to have off-site data retention and backup capabilities without the management headaches typically found with keeping data synchronized between locations.

We now serve as a centralized management facility for hosting business applications offering Dedicated hosting services, collocated hosting services, Business continuity planning , disaster recovery solutions , IT operation management solution (network, backup, security, etc.), mobility solutions and professional services in-sourcing for all provided service portfolio, focusing on enhanced management services that allow us to meet the expanding set of customer needs.
