Productivity Coach (Reference SD-03)

Job Description:

• Development of awareness and widespread communication of productivity coaching role and delivery of just-in-time desktop PC training as required in organization.
• Focus on
• context-based software/hardware learning at a one-on-one or small group level
• individual problems that affect personal performance and professional effectiveness
• information bottlenecks created through a personal lack of skill that effect business unit performance
• Showcasing of and training in collaborative tools - including audio, video and data-sharing technologies - that can leverage virtual teamwork within the organization.
• Development of awareness among user community about customer tools like Web-Learn, ICDL, self-driven e-learning and self-assessment opportunities available.
• Directing users to avail fully of IT services, online support structures and expertise areas available to the organization
• Assessment, recording and reporting of emergent trends in software/hardware issues and cultural behaviors on-the-ground towards IT infrastructure and support
• Reporting of service performance and exceptional issues on a regular basis

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree holder, preferably computer science or engineering
• MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer) certification is a plus
• At least 2 years experience in a multinational client-facing environment
• Excellent Knowledge of advanced features of software products under Windows like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …etc.
• Knowledge of networking concepts/terminology.
• Awareness of available web-based applications and products
• Excellent Communications skills are required.
• Excellent command of English Language (speaking and writing)
• Self-initiated, innovative and enthusiastic
• Self Motivated.
