Senior System Engineer (Reference OD-01)
Job Description:
Analyze,
design, install, monitor, run, test, and evaluate Internet Solutions based on
different platforms; including Planning, implementation, customization, troubleshooting
and provisioning and will be reporting to Services Manager.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc of Electronics
Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer
Science
- 4+ years working experience in
complex systems environments
- Experience in one or more UNIX
(AIX, HPUX, Redhat Linux, Solaris)
- Familiar with open source
products (MySQL, Apache, BIND, … etc…)
- Providing advanced system
administration, scripting (Shell, C, PHP, Perl)
- Messaging solution experience
(SMTP, POP3, IMAP4)
- DNS implementation and advanced
administration
- Microsoft platform (Windows
Server, MSSQL, Exchange) experience is a plus
- Managing the shared and
dedicated hosting environments.
- Providing 2nd level
customer support.
- Coaching 1st level
support engineers.
- Tracking the new hosting technologies
and making the required exploitation.
- Fluent English and
completing/exempted military service are required.
