You can depend on ECC Recovery Center to help you recover and maintain business operations when your business is adversely affected by events outside of your control. ECC state-of-the-art data center facility and enterprise-class team of data center engineers provide the foundation for our three-disaster recovery and business continuity service offerings:

Cold Site, Warm Site, and Hot Site

COLD-SITE:

Our Cold-Site Service provides immediate access to ECC�s state-of-the-art Recovery Center facilities, including our enterprise-class data center, environmental systems, backup power, and high-speed Internet and private network connectivity.

ECC Cold-Site service makes the Recovery Center facility for your systems and data available for installation in the event of a disaster; however this does not include systems or data prior to a disaster.

COLD-SITE OPTIONS:

Entry Level - Systems are restored from tape to hardware that will be purchased by customer and delivered to ECC's data center upon declaration of a disaster, the recovery time will be 5-10 days.

Standard - Systems are restored from tape to hardware provided by ECC upon declaration of a disaster as shared resources. Infrastructure and Server hardware provided by ECC is provisioned from our "DR Inventory" of hardware assets; recovery time will be 48 hours.

Standby - Systems are restored from tape to dedicated hardware allocated at ECC 24x7, which are configured and ready to accept restoration from tape upon declaration of a disaster, recovery time committed from ECC is maximum 24 hours.

WARM-SITE:

With Warm-Site your data is periodically updated to our Recovery center. Data synchronization occurs over a secure network, which enables you to promptly restore critical systems in the event of failure or disaster.

ECC Warm-Site service provides the benefits of our advanced Recovery Center facilities, in addition to some of the benefits of our premier Hot-Site service. With Warm-Site, your data is periodically updated in the Recovery Center. Although systems are not continuously mirrored, system and data synchronization occur over a secure network, which enables you to promptly restore, critical systems in the event of a disaster.

WARM-SITE OPTIONS:

Rapid Recovery - Systems are synchronized via a secure network connection from the primary production system to the secondary system located in ECC's data center. Either the customer or ECC provides system hardware, where data is periodically synchronized via a network using a choice of industry leading data synchronization and replication software.
Recovery time accepted for such a solution is between 30 minutes and up to maximum 8 hours.

HOT-SITE:

Our Hot Site service provides a fully redundant mirror of your production systems. Systems, applications, and data are pre-installed at our Recovery Center and are continuously maintained to mirror your production environments.

ECC Hot-Site allows immediate system, data, and application recovery. This service is designed for businesses that cannot tolerate any downtime in their mission-critical environments.

HOT-SITE OPTIONS:

Hot Standby - Systems are synchronized via a secure network connection from the primary production system to the secondary system located in ECC's data center. Either the customer or ECC provides system hardware, at which point data is frequently synchronized via a network using a choice of industry leading data synchronization and replication software.
